Customer Appreciation Cookout 2018
Customer Appreciation Cookout is an annual event organized by Willow Electrical Supply. Not only is it a great opportunity to get together with our customers, but also a way for us to say Thank You to all of our loyal clients. Similarly, to last year we had Skuddlebutts take care of the grilling. As a result, the event was a great success. There was plenty of food and fellowship, and the weather was great. On the whole, the number of vendors that joined us included: EATON Lighting, EATON Gear, IDEAL, Omnilight, BROAN, Panasonic, Probuilt, Southwire, and ELITE Lighting. Willow's Cookout was open to the public and included activities such as raffles, contests, and giveaways. In addition to our regular customers, a few new faces joined us for the first time.
IDEAL National Qualifying Event
Furthermore, our IDEAL National Qualifying event took place at the same time. With this in mind, our rep John was here timing the participants. The quickest candidate in the state gets to compete in Florida at the main event, all expenses paid. John was busy timing all the participants. For those of you that missed this event, don't despair we'll have another event on the 25th July at our Chicago branch.

Customer Appreciation Cookout 2018 was a great opportunity for us to build a better relationship with our clients in a fun environment. In addition to the IDEAL Qualifying event, we had raffles and giveaways. Lucky winners received IDEAL Limited Edition CHAMPION toolsets. A number of clients took advantage of the one-day sale on EATON electrical panels, and ELITE lighting fixtures. There was a lot of talk about EATON's new BR & CH plug-on neutral load centers coming out later this year. Elite Lighting's new Indirect LED fixtures were also a popular hot item with our residential contractors. In addition, our commercial contractors really liked the wire pullers offered by Southwire.
Altogether, the Customer Appreciation Cookout was a great success. I'd like to thank everyone for coming, and hope you enjoyed it as well.
